So there were 4 questions basically to see if I was a good fit for the role, asking about my past work and experiences, and if I had any stories about overcoming challenges. Then there were 3 logic games where they showed me some letters for a bit, then hid them and I had to say them backward.
They asked competency-based questions focused on core values and behaviors, which you could totally prep for by looking at their website info. Then, there were a few general technical questions about data analysis, not super hard.
The process was pretty simple. I applied online and then got a link for a Hirevue interview. I had to finish it within 7 days of getting the email. The questions seemed simple, but it's a bit challenging to recall an event from the past and explain it for three minutes using the STAR method. My application is still being reviewed.
