So after you do some online tests, the interview has like 5-7 questions about our values - integrity, being bold and innovation. They'll also ask about why you want to work here, your past experience and skills. Then, about 3 technical questions specific to the job. It usually takes about an hour.

We started with an online application, then an online assessment that involved video answers and some math-based games. After that, there was an online video call interview where they asked competency-based questions and technical questions related to the job.

First, they screen your CV. If you get shortlisted, you'll have a 1st stage interview, and then a Final stage interview. After that, it's Offer, references and background checks. You also have to sign an Official Secrets Act.
