Candidate-reported interview process

It was a fair interview process for a current graduate with 2-3 interview stages. First was an online recorded interview, which I'm not usually a fan of. Then, it was an online interview with the hiring team.

Two people asked me technical and competency-based questions in a phone call that lasted about an hour and a half. They were both nice and direct.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Started with the application, then an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and finally a main interview. I made it to the video interview stage, which only had behavioral questions. Each question allowed for three tries.
