Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and the next day I got an email with a "Why do I want to work there" question and one role-play question. The day after that, I got another email saying I didn't get the job.

We had 3 phone calls with recruiters. The first contact was through email, then a phone call with the first recruiter. If you passed that, you'd get a call from a technology recruiter. After passing that, you'd talk to a local recruiter and a group interview would be scheduled. After being hired, there are 4 weeks of training.

There were three rounds. First was with a recruitment company. Then there were three interviews with future colleagues, the manager, and the senior manager. The last round involved pitching a presentation to the management.
