Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online. They set up a phone interview pretty quickly, but the process for the on-site interview was kinda slow. HR didn't give feedback until I emailed or called them. The on-site interview itself could be up to 5 hours long, with a 30-minute break. They provided drinks and snacks during the on-site.

I applied online for a developer job but they asked me if I wanted to do QA instead, and I said sure. Then I had one technical phone interview, and then an onsite interview with 4 1v1s. The phone screen was coding, nothing too hard. The onsite started with reversing words in a string. The next one was about my past work. The third was coding prime numbers till n and Quick Sort. The last one was reversing a linked list and questions about collections.

So I applied online for this Leadership Development program with the company. First, there were a few phone interviews. The third phone interview involved a case study that they sent over about 30 minutes before, and we talked about that. Then the final interview was in person at an Asurion location in TN. I met with two managers at a time, twice, and they mainly asked about my past experiences, successes and failures, which was tough since I didn't have much relevant work experience as a recent grad. That was it for the interviews.
