Candidate-reported interview process

I had an HR phone interview, then a UX manager interview, and finally a Director interview.

I had a phone interview and then got invited for a SuperDay. The SuperDay involved three interviews with one person. It was mostly behavioral questions, but there were a few brainteasers too. The interviews were quick, and the recruiting team was really welcoming.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone chat with the recruiter to go over the role and learn a bit about Asurion, since from the outside it just seems like a 'protection plan' company, but they have some interesting challenges for designers. Next up was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then there was a full day of interviews with the Director of design, a product manager, a development person, and two Principal Designers. During this day, I presented my portfolio and walked them through my thought process on my projects. I got the offer a week after and accepted.
