Candidate-reported interview process

We had a total of 2 phone interviews, the first was with the recruiter and the second was with the hiring manager. Then, there was an in-person panel interview where all the interviewers were management from the department I applied to. They gave us a lunch menu before the interview, and lunch was served between the panel interviews.

First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I had another phone interview, this time with the hiring manager. After that, I went to the office for an interview with four different people. I talked to each person for about 30-45 minutes.

It was an awful experience. The recruiter didn't follow up as promised, which was unprofessional. I interviewed with an accounting manager who seemed uninterested and spoke in a monotone voice. The company values seem fake based on this recruiting process. It's unprofessional to not even send an automated rejection email.
