Candidate-reported interview process

First, a recruiter gives you a quick call, and if you pass that, you come in for a paper application. After that, you sit in with some agents, and then you take a computer test. Finally, management interviews you, asking about employment gaps, times you've diffused an angry customer and how, and basically testing your overall competency.

First, there was a phone interview. Next, a one-on-one interview. Finally, a job offer was extended after the interview if they felt you were a good fit for the company. Smile a lot and make yourself seem relatable as possible.

I had to interview 3 times. First I talked with a recruiter, then the next time I interviewed with another talent manager. The first 2 interviews were very similar, while the 3rd one included an online assessment. After my assessment, they cancelled my interview.
