Asurion Technician interviews, decoded.

I applied online and the next day I got an email with a "Why do I want to work there" question and one role-play question. The day after that, I got another email saying I didn't get the job.

I had a phone interview. It was pretty fast and easy. The recruiter did most of the talking and really dug into my past work experience. They asked just two general questions and then we did a role play exercise. After that, I got scheduled for an onsite interview the following week.

I sent in my application at the end of August. Just two days later, I got an email saying they got my application and were interested in me. The email had a link to answer some questions. After I finished those, I had to set up a time for a recruiter to call me for a phone interview. I did pretty well on that call, so the recruiter then set me up for an on-site interview. I interviewed on a Saturday, and then three days later, they called me to offer me the job.
