Had an interview with a Director and three managers in a cramped room. The room had mismatched chairs, a tripping hazard from a phone cable, and a whiteboard with no markers. Questions were asked very quickly. I answered with high-level explanations, showed I understood or mastered the topics, and presented confidence and leadership. A 24-hour reference check was done, needing 8 references. I got the job offer.
