Candidate-reported interview process

Lots of emails were exchanged. I had to send my references' details and complete an online test. The video conference failed because we couldn't hear each other, even though we could see each other. The company gave off a really bad vibe.

The interview process was pretty quick, with 3 steps. I applied on Monday, got an email on Tuesday, and had my first interview on Wednesday. The second interview was on Thursday, and the third on Friday. I received the job offer the following Monday.

The hiring process was straightforward and transparent. They used situational questions that required STAR format answers. I had three interviews in total. The recruiter provided regular updates on my application status. Overall, it was a positive experience.
