Candidate-reported interview process

I talked to 5 Managers who asked a bunch of good questions. I saw 2 managers at a time with breaks in between. After that, they took me to the Operations center, showed me who was working there, and what tools they use.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter pretty fast. They shared the salary range for the role and set up a phone interview. After that, I was told they wanted me to come in for an onsite interview. The onsite involved one-on-one meetings with two team members, the Director, and the VP. Following the onsite, I had another one-on-one with the hiring manager. After this final meeting, I was extended an offer.

The interview process was very straightforward and simple. It started with a phone interview lasting about 30 minutes. If they liked me after that, I was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was enjoyable and challenging, focusing on my past work and experience.
