Candidate-reported interview process

My first interview was a quick 30-minute chat with a staffing rep about my customer service and tech background. Then, I had a second interview with someone from Asurion where they asked about how I stay updated with technology and how my phone works. The third interview, which is today, is with the company, and it's pretty far away. In that last interview, they asked why I'd suggest switching from an iPhone to an Android.

You have to be honest, study about the job, please be clean and neat. Be on time. When you there keep eye to eye contact sit up straight and off your phone. Listen and answer ever question to the best way you can.

They ask a lot of tech questions such as troubleshooting and the difference between iPhone and android. They don’t ask a lot customer support questions. Also need to know how to navigate both types of phone droid & iPhone.
