The interview process was pretty straightforward, mainly focusing on technical questions. They asked about my knowledge of things like cellphones, emails, and hotspots. They also wanted to hear about any past experiences I've had troubleshooting phones, and if I've worked for any big cellphone companies before.
I applied online and got an offer the same day. There were 3 interviews, one day, customer service based, personality based, a series of different questions. They wanted to know how I felt troubleshooting devices like phones and computers and asked app questions. They wanted to know if I was comfortable using the internet as well. Typical interview minus those technical questions.
You'll be sitting one-on-one with Operations Managers in a large room. They will interview you along with other Operations Managers who are interviewing other candidates. There's also a video interview, so make sure your internet connection is good, otherwise it'll be really choppy. The staff were really nice, but they also expected you to be professional. Be sure to get their contact information and send a thank you card.
