I drove to Nashville and stayed in a nice hotel nearby. My interview was early at 8:30 AM, as I requested. I had 4 different sessions with several team members. Everyone was really nice, and I was impressed with their facilities, communication, and team environment. The interview lasted about 3 and a half hours. While some questions were a bit tough, it was mostly conversational, which is how an interview should be.
The process was very smooth. I had three rounds of phone interviews and then 6 rounds of onsite interviews. The people there were extremely warm and welcoming during my onsite interview. The hiring manager was very polite and everyone was very straightforward and nice.
I got an offer after talking to a recruiter. The whole process took about 3 weeks. They said there would be 2 interviews: the first with behavioral questions and the second technical. I had three interviewers, one remote via Skype. The first interview was tough for me 'cause I'm more of a technical person than behavioral. If you're good with those kinds of questions, you'll be fine. They emailed me afterward to say I didn't get the role, which was pretty professional since companies usually don't bother telling you when you're rejected.
