After applying and sending my resume, I took some assessments. Then I did a phone recording interview, followed by a second interview over the phone with a Supervisor. Once they offered me the job, I had to talk to HR about a start date and the requirements I needed to meet by then. A tip: the interviewer is a person just like you, get them to laugh, and converse with each answer but don't lead it too far off topic. Make sure you are in a quiet area with no interruptions while on the phone with the interviewer. Don't be afraid to ask them at the end "Based on my qualifications, do you feel that I am a good fit for this job?"
I had an initial chat with a hiring agency, and then I spoke with the manager. The manager was really professional, and we even hit it off during the interview.
I was contacted by a recruiter. Then I went through 3 in-person interviews: one with the line manager, another with the HR director, and the final selection interview was with the IT director. A week later, I received an email from a recruiter stating they had chosen another candidate.
