Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was respectful and involved mostly situational questions. There was a short roleplay, under 3 minutes. The recruiter was helpful and provided guidance beforehand. The interviewers were respectful and asked relevant questions.

It wasn't a great interview process. They only asked behavioral questions using the STAR method, which is annoying because you have to memorize a pattern. They should really change how they interview people. Honestly, I don't think they know how to hire anyone, which is embarrassing.

The interview process involved standard behavioral questions. Since it's an entry-level role, no specialized knowledge was required. There was one recruiter call followed by two interview rounds. The entire process was completed within 2-3 weeks because they aim to hire Marketing Operations Analysts fairly quickly.
