Candidate-reported interview process

So, the interview thing was pretty organized, you know, started with a quick chat to see if I was a good fit, then went into like, actual technical stuff and also some questions about how I'd fit in with the team and stuff. They talked to me clearly the whole time, and the people interviewing me asked some pretty good questions, trying to figure out what I know and if I'd be a good person to have around.

i got a regular phone screen invite half a month after my application. it was less than 30 min, where they talked about my experience and qualifications, and the recruiter spent some time walking me through the position, team and compensation. they said i'd hear back in one week but i heard zero and got an automatic rejection over a month later.

I had a HireVue interview where I was asked multiple-choice questions in English (like are you still a student? are you available to start work on x date?) and personal questions where I was recorded (e.g. why do you want to work at Amex, personal background). Afterwards, I was called for a group assessment. We were asked to introduce ourselves. Then we did group exercises where we had to answer questions and an individual Excel test.
