Candidate-reported interview process

It wasn't a great interview process. They only asked behavioral questions using the STAR method, which is annoying because you have to memorize a pattern. They should really change how they interview people. Honestly, I don't think they know how to hire anyone, which is embarrassing.

first interview- behavioral round with talent acquisition on teams second interview-in person with 2 team leads, 5 behavioral question and scenario based 2 assessments for language and other types of assesments

the process is long and lots of paperwork to enter although all my doubts were resolved regarding the work I had to perform in the company and with the clients who called from their homes or businesses for different things regarding their account status.
