It wasn't a great interview process. They only asked behavioral questions using the STAR method, which is annoying because you have to memorize a pattern. They should really change how they interview people. Honestly, I don't think they know how to hire anyone, which is embarrassing.

the process is long and lots of paperwork to enter although all my doubts were resolved regarding the work I had to perform in the company and with the clients who called from their homes or businesses for different things regarding their account status.
