Candidate-reported interview process

So first, I had this screening interview with their talent acquisition team, and then like a week later, they let me know I was moving on. After that, it was a video call with the two hiring managers, like the leaders whose teams I would have been working with.

had 1st and only HR interview / recruiting service but we quickly realised that it isnt a role for me at the moment we reached the point where we discuss the salary discussion.

So they asked me about my understanding of stuff like working capital, funding gaps, cash flow, you know? Basically, get what American Express business solutions is trying to fix. And you gotta know your resume inside and out, like what skills you used for each job and how you used them.
