Candidate-reported interview process

i got a call from naukri following by the 2 round of interview and the interview went for 30 mins, in the pane their were 2 panelist and back to back they were ssking the questions.

So, there were 3 interviews in total. First, a phone chat with HR. Then, I had a face-to-face with my potential manager, and finally, another face-to-face with the head of the department. For preparation, you can research stuff like the company's value.

The interview was online and pretty laid-back 'cause the manager was chill and let me think before answering. I think there's at least two rounds, maybe more, starting with the manager and then the director. Overall, it was a good experience.
