We had a coffee chat, then the first round had two 30min interviews, and the final round was 2 more 30min interviews. They asked about how they make money and their business. Recruiters and people were very nice. Need to know the closed loop system.
Did a group task about deciding on a hypothetical investment. Then had a one on one scenario based interview. The one on one had a mix of motivational, behavioural questions and then reviewed a hypothetical assessment where we had to do NPV using a formula and calculator that was given.
So first up was this Hirevue thing, then the Final Round was in person at the Victoria offices. The final round was a mix, a group interview and then an individual one. For the group bit, we got a hypothetical case study. For the individual interview, we had another case study to read and then present on, plus some typical questions about Amex and your interest/experience.
