Mostly just regular behavioral questions, nothing tricky. They also asked some stuff about my marketing skills. The interviews moved at a pretty steady pace, took about three to four rounds overall, counting the initial phone call.
They are absolutely RUDE! They ghost candidates once they find out they need visa sponsorship, without even bothering to tell them they don’t offer it. Instead of being upfront, they waste candidates’ time and leave them hanging. At least an acknowledgment would’ve been something.
So we started with a recruiter screening, then there were three stages of interviews, and one of them was a case study. First stage was with the hiring manager. Second stage was the case study itself. And the final stage, stage three, was with the VPs.
