Candidate-reported interview process

I went through three rounds of interviews. After the third one, Amex didn't follow up. I reached out to HR three times for an update, and it took them two whole months to let me know they weren't moving forward with my application. It was pretty clear they had already decided, but they didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to tell me directly. Really disappointed with Amex.

The interview process itself was quick. First, I had a screening call with a recruiter based in India. Then, I spoke with two people internally. One of them showed up 15 minutes late for our 30-minute interview. After that, I didn't hear anything for 6 weeks, and then the person I would have reported to called me to let me know I didn't get the job.

after they review my application and shortlist me, there's like a 2-3 stage interview process. it starts with a screening interview, then a second stage panel style interview, and then a final interview with the hiring manager. there's usually about 1-2 weeks between each stage.
