There were four rounds in total. The last interview was a practice run, like a mock call, where I had to roleplay with a trainer, pretending to talk to a cardmember about my dream destination over the phone.
had 1 interview over the phone and 1 group interview both were pretty easy the group interview was with each manager and they each asked different questions and over the phone was a get to know me call
Submitted my application online, then took a basic knowledge test that wasn't hard at all. After that, there was a phone interview, and then a zoom interview with some other applicants. It was a super relaxed and low-stress situation, and the leadership seemed really friendly and approachable. I even got the offer within two days.
