Candidate-reported interview process

i had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. the interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. the questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. it felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which i really appreciated.

It started with a phone screen, then I had an interview with two managers, and then a final interview. Pretty much the usual setup. Not overly tough. They asked standard behavioural questions about my past work. This was quite some time ago though

It was about 5 calls total, and one of them was an in-person meeting where I had to pitch. I talked with the BD Director, another director, and a VP. Oh, and a recruiter too. They were all super friendly and everything was really organized.
