Candidate-reported interview process

they ask questions about your daily life and what you are working on, that's it, due to that you can easily tackle the interview. and various questions on versant round, operation round. you have to complete them on a daily basis. just let them know about this.

went through several interviews with the management team. They were really nice and didn't hesitate to share info. but after the final interview with the Regional Manager, the communication just stopped. They didn't really explain what the job actually is or what you do day-to-day.

Got a message from an Amex recruiter and the first thing was a virtual WebEx meeting. I had my camera on, they didn't. Like what's the point of a Webex if you're not gonna turn your camera on? Found it super rude. Saw that recruiter is now 'open to work' - guess poor habits catch up.
