First there was a phone interview, that was quick. Then I had an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The phone interview was just general questions, and then the in person one was more about collecting funds.
the interviewer was super nice and polite, asked really good questions that were relevant and was very understanding. they even gave me feedback after the interview and helped me out with everything. overall, it was a really great experience.
It was easy, really. If you have solid communication skills, speak English well, and a good work attitude, the interview should be a breeze. First I talked to a recruiter, then the team leader, and finally the manager. It was mostly behavioral questions.
