Candidate-reported interview process

the interview process was super long, with a bunch of rounds where they asked the same stuff over and over. felt like they were just trying to tick boxes instead of actually getting to know me, and the repeated questions were such a time-waster.

I talked to the recruiter and then I heard absolutely nothing back, which was weird cause I followed up like 4 times. They did reply to my first email asking about it but then went silent even though they said they'd let me know what they decided.

So I had this one virtual interview that lasted about 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Then, like the next week, I had a second virtual interview. This one was with someone who's actually doing the job right now, and also a manager from a totally different team.
