Candidate-reported interview process

i applied online, then did a hirevue where they asked me to pitch an investment idea, which kinda threw me off but i answered. i waited like three months and then got an email saying i was rejected.

I applied online via the company website. About a couple of weeks later, I had my first interview with the hiring manager. The second round was an in-person interview where I met two people for about 30 minutes. The third round was with the VP, which was also the final stage.

The process was a mixed bag. Took a while to get interview confirmation. Phone screen was just a basic skills check. The second interview was more of a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
