the interview thing was pretty put together and they asked a lot about like how you act and about the company. Like they wanted to know about your leadership style, how you talk to people, and how you're a team player. Also, they asked stuff about the business, like your fave credit card and why, how American Express gets money, and how you'd sell Amex to small businesses. Basically, felt like they were checking if you fit in and if you got what the company is all about.
it was good, pretty easy. I also networked prior to the interview which helped me in the process. it was 2 rounds, one with the hiring team and the next one was with the manager of the team.
The interview was pretty standard. It was a 30 minute webcall, and most questions were boilerplate. They asked about my past career and education, my understanding of American Express and its markets, and my strengths and weaknesses.
