Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer was really rude. They didn't say if visa sponsorship was needed in the job description. Then in the interview, they said they can't sponsor any visa. They should have at least put that in the email when scheduling the interview.

so the interview process has 3 stages, first there's like a screening call, just to see if you fit and if you meet the basic requirements. then we have 2 technical rounds, where we check how you solve problems, what you know about the domain, and how good you are technically for the job. and finally, there's 1 behavioral round to check your communication, how you fit with the team, and if you can work well with others.

The whole thing takes bout two weeks. It's three rounds and then a managerial round with the director. They ask medium DSA and Java theory stuff, not too much on complexity, but Java concepts gotta be solid and some high-level questions too.
