Had an intro call, then an initial interview with the hiring manager the same week, both 30 mins. Then a final interview a week later, also 30 mins. Waited over a week after the final interview for any word, and then got an automatic rejection email. Super disappointing and impersonal way to find out.
The whole thing was online, with the bosses I would've been helping out. The first interview was about 30 minutes long. They told me about the team first, then asked me some stuff.
Met with too many folks for an EA position. Once met with the VP, he was terrible. Told me he doesn’t have time to hold my hand but wants me to text him at 1am when his flight arrives to make sure he made it… excuse me?
