The interview was pretty straightforward. First, all candidates introduced themselves. After introductions, we heard about the position and the benefits offered. Then, there was a test with questions about insurance.
The interview process included an initial self-paced recorded interview, which was pretty standard. Following that, there was a panel interview with several Aon employees in actuarial roles, also very typical. The communication with the recruiter, however, was problematic; they often took a week or more to respond to emails, which didn't work well with my timeline. Towards the end, they unexpectedly inquired about a different location, and after I expressed openness to it, they stopped responding. This entire process, from the interviews to the last contact, spanned nearly two months.
It started off with a video/essay interview that was very time consuming to complete. However, it was only a couple video questions. Most were essay. Like a week or so later I got invited to do 3 30 min interviews with 3 different ppl. It took like nearly 2 weeks for me to be emailed that I didn’t get the job.
