It was about a 45 min call on Teams. They asked standard questions, checked my English level. They asked about my past experiences and checked my English level again. They asked about my aspirations and the Recruiter gave me information about the position and the company. Overall, it was a positive interview experience, and they were quick to let me know the outcome.
I had two behavioral interviews. No assessments were given. I talked to different members of the hiring team, and then I met the manager for the position.
First, there was an online test, which was a Situational Judgement Test (SJT). After that, I had video interviews. There were 7 questions in total. They touched upon presenting new ideas and creativity, handling setbacks, and basic questions about Aon and the role itself.
