Aon Specialist interviews, decoded.

After I submitted my application, I was asked to do an assessment and an on-demand interview with a few questions through Modern Interview. A few months later, the recruiter reached out and I had an informational video interview with the hiring manager on WebEx. After that, I was invited to interview with 4 team members the following week for about 2 hours, with 30 minutes for each interviewer. The next day, the recruiter called to let me know I got the offer. I've had many interviews, but this one at Aon was the best experience. The team was super professional and the interview felt like a normal conversation. They made the whole thing great from start to finish.

First, HR called me to chat about my past work and what I wanna do. Then, I had a video interview where we dug deeper into the role using questions about my abilities. The next thing is a psychometric test, and if I do well, a face-to-face interview.

It was a really simple and straightforward interview process. I interviewed with 4-5 different people and it wasn't too stressful. Overall, it was a good experience, especially compared to some other companies I've interviewed with.
