Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process involves several steps for bringing new people onto the team. It usually goes like this: first you write up the job description, then you post the job opening, next you schedule interviews, after that you do some initial chats, then there's the in-person interviews, you'll follow up with everyone, and finally you make a hire.

Had a phone chat with the recruiter. It seemed like he was just reading questions and didn't really want to be on the call. He asked everything I already put in my online application.

We had the HR from the country office first, then the Regional HR lead from the regional office, after that the Department Heads from the country office, and finally the Country Head.
