The vibe was super chill and all the employees were really nice, which made me feel great! They started with a phone call and then I met the whole team. They got back to me quickly, so I wasn't left waiting.

First there was a phone screening. Then, I had to schedule an interview with the hiring managers/leads. It was pretty standard, they wanted to hear in detail how I handled a tough situation with c-suite clients. After that, you just wait. If you don't hear back within two weeks, you probably didn't get the job. I got my rejection email a month later, which was fine since I'd already accepted another offer. The interviewers seemed disengaged, like they were just going through the motions.
