Candidate-reported interview process

Signed up on their website and it was an easy form to fill in, just needed my CV. Then there were some tests, like most graduate jobs. After that, I had a video interview about my motivations and key skills. Still waiting to hear back about the result, but the whole process has been pretty quick.

The interview process was simple and easy to navigate. Online numeracy and personality test followed by video interview. Mostly competency based questions, and why Aon why this role. Hoping to be invited to Assessment Centre

There was an exam, then a video interview, then a main interview, followed by an assessment center, and finally an offer. The interviewer was friendly and asked about my motivation, knowledge of the role, fit, and situational/numerical questions. The test before the assessment center was a bit long. The assessment center itself was smooth and the people were nice. It included a group case study, a personal presentation, and an interview with 2 or 3 managers.
