It was the three steps process. First with HR. Second, a panel interview with three project leads including manager, product lead, and IT manager. Final step was with the hiring manager, which led to the offer from HR. I did not negotiate since it was much better than my former company's offer.
so first you talk to HR about your qualifications, then you do three interviews with managers and the head of ops to see if you fit and have the skills
So, the first interview was with the IT manager, and they asked me about my experience and what I learned in university. The second interview is with the HR team.
