Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite smooth, consisting of just 2 rounds. The first round involved an introduction and a discussion about my experience with an Associate Director & Director. The second round included a task where I had to create a Power BI report using a given dataset, followed by a discussion. There was also a SQL test during the interview, which was conducted with a Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director.

It was a pretty simple interview process. I got the job offer after just one meeting. They were really quick to get back to me and it seems like a great company to work for. I'd recommend applying here because the work culture and environment are awesome.

It was a short interview of half an hour. I was interviewed by two peers. It was a general conversation, they made me feel very secure. Asked me questions about my future, whether I plan for future studies, would I be comfortable taking any other responsibilities and so on. It was a good first interview.
