Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online via the company website and heard back a couple weeks later. The process started with a HireVue interview, followed by some other interviews. It wasn't too difficult.

I had a 2-hour interview with 4 people. It was mostly basic behavioral questions. They seemed to be checking if I had read up on the company rather than focusing on my experience.

The communication was one-sided, and I got rushed end-of-day phone calls twice with little follow-up. The interview was unstructured and the pay was poor. It seems like if you have a problem, the Vancouver office closes.
