Candidate-reported interview process

The interview questions were boring, and they weren't interested in candidates' backgrounds. They focused more on what candidates thought about various issues, which weren't even relevant to the role they applied for. So, it wasn't a good way to judge candidates, and the comments were poor.

The interview process included personality and aptitude tests related to the role. After passing the aptitude tests, there was an HR/manager interview to discuss the position and the personality questionnaire results. Then, a second interview with the director was conducted to confirm my profile and suitability for joining the company.

After you pass the online tests, there's a standard HireVue video interview. It has motivational and competency questions. You can record your answers twice, which is good. Nothing to really stress about.
