Candidate-reported interview process

There were 3 rounds. First was a typical get-to-know-you chat, followed by a case-study interview. Finally another round with the directors. The first and last interview felt like a nice, casual chat and I was able to share my expectations of the job and hear their feedback directly. Case study was a little bit nerve wrecking, but not super complicated.

Interview straightforward. Cosists of 3 rounds with a variety of different managements. Questions are easy and not overly too difficult. The offices are great centrally located in Leadenhall.

We applied for the job and then took an Aon assessment test. After that, we had to video record our answers to the questions from the test. The next step hasn't been announced yet.
