All day long very bad management no timelines no structure , not worth it if you are from a better company. Very bad culture inside. Only networking and being friends and being popular helps nothing else
The first step was an online test with questions related to your background. After that, there was an operations round with the manager where we talked about my resume and previous jobs. The final round was with the director, which was more of a general conversation without any technical questions.
Their process is slow, and they take a long time to get back to you unless it's an immediate joining or a senior-level position, in which case the process is faster. They will ask technical questions about your portfolio and the equity market.
