It was an online recorded interview with 5 questions. They were competency and knowledge based, asking about motivations for joining the firm and ability to work in teams. The whole thing lasted an hour. You got two chances to record an answer for each question, with 2 minutes to prep for each attempt.
The hiring process was fast and efficient, with most interview stages happening on the same day. Everything was well organized. The HR contact was very responsive and provided updates quickly.
I learned about this role from a recruiter and it took 3 rounds to finish. The interviews were mostly technical, but pretty general. It all took about 2-3 weeks for the final outcome. Everyone I talked to was super friendly, making the experience better than other places. They also took time to explain their work and make sure I understood it.
