Candidate-reported interview process

HR reached out by email and set up two 30-minute back-to-back interviews with managers. HR replied about a week after the interviews. I was rejected and now whenever I apply for a new position at Aon, they reject me automatically and don't give me an interview.

After applying externally, I was shortlisted. The first round was a virtual interview that was mostly behavioral questions and HR questions about salary, location, etc. I'm still waiting on the results after 3 months.

I went through three interviews. The first was with the team I'd be working with. The second was a technical interview where I got a case study, wrote a report, and made a presentation. The third interview was with senior people and they asked similar questions to the first interview.
