Candidate-reported interview process

You'll have an initial chat with the hiring manager, followed by interviews with the team. HR isn't always proactive in finding roles, so you'll need to find job openings yourself.

Had a number of meetings, and they were pleasant enough. However, there were long delays in getting responses, and I didn't get any information from the company unless I specifically asked for it. This was for a pretty senior role, and they didn't even bother to reply to me. Even after I reached out directly to my most senior hiring manager, I got no response at all. If this is how they operate, it seems really unprofessional and like it would be a terrible place to work.

I applied through a head hunter and had two separate interviews on the same day. I had to come back for a second interview. They made an offer after the second interview. I negotiated my required salary and was hired after giving my two-week notice.
