Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process took place over two to three months and consisted of multiple rounds. I think they've made the process shorter now. Most of the interviewers were nice and didn't seem to be trying to trick me, despite varying levels of seniority. I met with six people in total, and the direct hiring manager spoke with me three times.

The process took 3 rounds and included a screening. The atmosphere was very warm and cordial. The HR person was supportive and helped me understand the role and responsibilities. The interviewer was punctual and helped me settle in before we started.

It was a pretty straightforward and easy interview process. The hiring manager and a senior associate were there. They asked non-technical questions, mainly focusing on cultural fit and personality. HR set up the interview and then followed up with an offer.
