After submitting your CV and any required documents, you'll be asked to complete online tests. These include a numerical test and a situational judgment test, both to be completed within a week of advancing. The next step is an online video interview where you'll have one minute to answer competency-based questions.
First, I had to record some video responses to straightforward questions, like sharing about myself, past challenges, and how I handled them. Then, I participated in two interviews with different teams, and I also had to give a presentation about the industry.
